PHOENIX RISE ~ 108 lampwork beads that I created over a hot torch flame one by one while humming my fav songs and drifting into thoughts of alchemy and transformation.
♡ Italian Teal encasing bits of sparkling goldstone, some encasing plum, and some accented with fine .999 silver droplets, contrasted by the most vibrant opalino Italian Cherry Red, and touches of golden ghee. Each bead is lightly faceted and sculpted by hand while the glass is molten in the flame for a textured ‘feels-good’ finish. The glass was sourced from Italy, the Murano line, and annealed for a long soak in my kiln to further durability and long lasting wear/love.
Necklace details ~ ♡ Finished, or continued, with a tassel. Each bead is individually knotted with sturdy hemp fiber. 32-34 inches of lampwork that hangs to 16-18 inches, not including tassel length.
